Nothing is shipped

TheCrew is your online AI co-worker, so nothing physical is ever sent to you. There are no shipping charges, and we don’t need a delivery address.

How you get what you buy

Your plan and its credits are added to your account once your payment is confirmed, usually within a minute. Top-up credits arrive the same way. You use them in your browser, and everything you make is saved to your account.

If it doesn’t arrive

If you’ve paid and don’t see your plan or credits after a few minutes, email lakheradhruv94@gmail.com from the address on your account and we’ll sort it out.
