1. Who we are
TheCrew is run by Dhruv Lakhera, trading as TheCrew, of 320/1, Nagendra Saklani Marg, Lane No 15, Banjarawala, Dehradun 248001, India. We are the controller of your personal data, which means we decide how it’s used. You contract with us when you use TheCrew. For anything about privacy, email lakheradhruv94@gmail.com.
2. What we collect, why, and our legal basis

3. Who we share it with
We don’t sell your personal data. We share it only with the services that run TheCrew:
- Razorpay. Takes your payments. It handles your card or UPI details, and we never see your full card details.
- OpenAI. Powers the conversation and planning, so it receives your messages and prompts.
- Replicate. Runs the image and video models, so it receives your prompts and reference images.
- Supabase. Stores your account, projects and credits, and handles logging in.
- Cloudflare. Stores your images, videos and uploads.
- Vercel. Hosts the website.
- Google. Only if you choose to log in with Google.
- Resend. Sends contact form messages and emails.
We may also share it with professional advisers, or with authorities where the law requires it.
4. International transfers
These services are based in several countries, including the United States, so your data may be processed outside your own. Where the law requires it, we rely on safeguards such as standard contractual clauses or adequacy decisions.
5. How long we keep it
We keep your account and projects while your account is open. When you ask us to delete your account we remove them, except for what we must keep for legal, tax or fraud-prevention reasons. Razorpay keeps its own payment records under its own policy.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can:
- see the data we hold about you, and get a copy;
- correct it, or have it deleted;
- restrict or object to how we use it, or take it elsewhere;
- withdraw consent, where we rely on it;
- complain to your local data protection authority.

7. Security
We protect your data with encrypted connections, access controls and trusted providers. No online service can be perfectly secure, but we work to keep your data safe and will tell you if the law requires it after a breach.
8. Cookies
We use cookies to keep you logged in, and your browser’s storage to remember preferences such as your theme. They’re needed for the site to work, and we don’t use advertising cookies. Razorpay sets its own cookies during checkout.
9. Children
TheCrew is for people aged 18 and over. We don’t knowingly collect data from children.
10. Changes
If we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top.
