What's a credit?+
Everything you make is priced in credits, and you always see the cost before you start. A drawn frame is about 15 credits; a 10-second Kling 4.0 video at 720p is about 524 credits. Chatting, scripting and storyboarding are included under fair use, and every plan gets a monthly allowance of free draft images, rough layout sketches. With no plan, you can still chat and make 3 free draft images a day.
Do credits roll over?+
Yes, once: unused monthly credits carry over for 1 more billing cycle, then expire. Credits are spent oldest first, so the ones about to expire go first. Top-up packs (5,000 credits) last 12 months and are used after your plan's credits.
What happens if a generation fails?+
You get every credit back, automatically. Credits are set aside when a frame or video starts, and only kept once it's finished.
Will my plan renew by itself?+
Yes, until you cancel. Under Indian banking rules, a renewal above ₹15,000 may need you to approve it each time, so on Team and on yearly plans you may be asked to confirm it.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes. Cancel from your account page and everything keeps working until the end of the period you've paid for. Annual plans get their credits month by month, the same as monthly plans.
